Its six breakthrough solutions include improving AI law and policy, international cooperation with standards and technical regulations, and a culture of responsible AI use. Stored: the Government portal's English news article of 29 Aug 2026 (en.baochinhphu.vn; first stored 11 Oct 2026, re-stored 14 Oct 2026) and the Ministry of Science and Technology's English news item of 30 Aug 2026 (english.mst.gov.vn). They confirm the approval, the horizon (2030, vision to 2045), the nine pillars, the six breakthrough solutions and the targets. The Decision itself is not stored in Vietnamese or English, so its number, signing date, signatory and Vietnamese title are not known; the English title follows the Government portal's wording, the date is the month of the announcement, and the issuing body is given as the Government, as the article says. Whether the Strategy replaces Decision 127/QĐ-TTg of Jan 2021 on the national AI strategy to 2030 is not shown in the stored pages. The safety content is one pillar of nine.
