Recheck of 18 Oct 2026. Stored: the strategy PDF (52 pages) from ai.gov.eg, stored 11 Oct 2026 and unchanged when rechecked on 18 Oct 2026. It confirms the title, edition and period, the NCAI as issuer, the President's launch statement, the six pillars and the governance initiatives. It gives no day or month of release: the published month, January 2025, rests on the PDF's file name ('16-1-2025'), the server's last-modified date of 16 January 2025, MCIT's publication page (not stored: mcit.gov.eg's robots.txt answers HTTP 500, which the archiver treats as a refusal) and trackers (Digital Policy Alert gives 22 January 2025). The stored strategy names MCIT only for the first edition, so issuing_body now names the NCAI alone.
