Status notes

Approved by Decree No. 12 of 11 Apr 2024 and published in the Diario Oficial (No. 44,060) on 28 Jan 2025; Article II of the decree repeals Supreme Decree No. 20 of 2021, which approved the first policy. The update keeps the policy's ten-year horizon, so it applies until 2031, and centres on its third axis, governance and ethics, adding sub-axes on international articulation, environment and climate crisis, inclusion and non-discrimination, children and adolescents, and culture and heritage. The Ministry presented it on 2 May 2024 with an action plan of 177 measures, 100 of them due by 2026, whose progress 14 ministries follow every six months.
