Recheck of 18 Oct 2026: re-read the Chamber of Deputies' scan of PL-CS-178-2024-2025 (read by OCR) and its listing of bills under review, both stored on 12 Oct 2026 from diputados.gob.bo and found unchanged by the archiver on 17 Oct 2026. The scan confirms the number and title, the Senate's text of 22 Oct 2025 with its 31 articles and two additional provisions, the transmittal note of 22 Oct 2025 (received 29 Oct 2025) and the reposición request of 27 Apr 2026; the listing shows the bill among bills under review. The sponsor's name (Sen. Claudia Egüez, Creemos) rested only on press reports (Correo del Sur, 23 Oct 2025; DPL News, 27 Oct 2025) that are not stored, so it was taken out of the issuing body. No later stage in the Chamber of Deputies (committee report or vote) appears in the stored files. The OCR text may contain minor character errors. No English version of the bill was found.
