Record AR-01 · Disposición 2/2023 (DI-2023-2-APN-SSTI#JGM); Boletín Oficial No. 35182, 2 Jun 2023, p. 67
Approves, as Annex I, recommendations for trustworthy AI aimed at projects led, developed or adopted by the national public sector, and as Annex II a graphic scheme of AI project stages. Drawing on the UNESCO Recommendation, the OECD principles and the Asilomar principles, it places legal responsibility on the humans who design, train and deploy systems and sets guidance for each life-cycle stage: diverse teams and necessity assessment before starting; data classification and model transparency; verification, validation and decision logging; secure, traceable and auditable deployment; and monitoring, ethical-incident management and a human contact channel in operation.

In force from its publication in the Boletín Oficial on 2 Jun 2023 (Article 3). Annex I is addressed to members of the national public sector who lead AI projects, develop technologies, adopt technologies developed by others or draft the technical specifications for acquiring them; Annex II is a graphic scheme of the stages of AI projects.
