Recheck of 18 Oct 2026. Stored: the strategy PDF (60 pages) and the ministry's launch release, both from mots.gov.zm and both stored on 18 Oct 2026 (the attempts of 11, 16 and 17 Oct 2026 failed on the site's TLS certificate). The PDF confirms the title, the issuing ministry, the partners, the principles and the governance measures; the release confirms the launch in Lusaka on 21 November 2024. The strategy period is stated inconsistently in the document itself (2024-2026 on the cover and in the acknowledgement, 2025-2027 in the page header). The ministry's July 2024 pre-announcement of a launch on Independence Day and the OECD.AI listing under 2025-2027 are not in any stored source and were dropped from notes, as was the remark on the PDF's upload date and its copy on OECD.AI.
