Recheck of 17 Oct 2026: every stored copy of the MBIE guidance page and of the strategy page (11 and 17 Oct 2026, also with the browser retry) is a JavaScript bot-check page of the site's web application firewall (Incapsula). The guidance itself was stored in this run as a 43-page PDF from mbie.govt.nz; it confirms the title, July 2025, its voluntary nature, MBIE as author with the Government Chief Digital Office, the AI Forum's role, the risk-based approach and the content areas. MBIE's news release requested in this run could not be stored. Version 1 took July 2025 from the strategy page, which presents the two together; the PDF shows the date itself.
